The office of Alta Cemetery District/Smith Mountain Cemetery will be closed Monday, January 19, 2026, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Cemetery grounds will remain open from 7:00am to 6:00pm. Regular office hours will resume Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
